Vanessa Versiani' duty and commitment (to her clients):
- To respect the client as long as the client respects her and the contracts and fulfills his/her duties.
- To be honest with the client when providing information relevant to the development of the work.
- To respect the client's profile.
- To maintain the confidentiality of the service, revealing only information and/or images that do not identify the client or information and/or images whose disclosure is authorized by the client.
- To offer personalized services respecting the client's goals, whenever the client's budget is consistent with their goals.
- To cancel the service, without refund, if the client does not fulfill their duties.
- To encourage the client to seek an authentic identity and continuous improvement.
- To provide services in English or Portuguese according to the client's preference.
- Listen to the customer's objections and insecurities and deal with them with a focus on the customer's goals.
It is the client's duty:
- To respect Nycka Nunes and fulfill his/her duties.
- Be honest with the professional, providing true and accurate information.
- Make payments within the established deadlines.
- Respect the established meeting times.
- Respect the terms of the contracts.
- Provide written feedback to the professional regarding the services contracted and, when applicable, purchases made.
- Make additional payments for overtime, additional benefits offered by the consultant and to cover extra expenses to provide adequate service to the client.
- Respect the consultant's vacation periods, meal times and free time.
Other terms apply according to each contract.
